There are so many different chronic ailments from which human beings can suffer, and unfortunately, a lot of them have symptoms that include chronic pain. All of these internal organs are very important, and if you have a disorder involving any of these conditions, you have to be even more careful about pain killers. Pain killers can cause a lot of problems with your organs, but it is the prescription pain killers that are actually the most dangerous. There are two reasons why this is the case. First of all, prescription pain killers can be highly addictive, and they can cause overdose fairly easily. That is why you need to exceedingly careful with prescription pain killers, particularly if you have had problems with substance or alcohol abuse in the past. On the other hand, topical solutions, such as pain relief cream, are free from any of these side effects.

There are tons of different illnesses and ailments that can ultimately cause chronic pain, but many cases of chronic pain are the result of muscle or joint issues. These are mostly conditions for which there is no real medicinal treatment. Some of them can be corrected with surgery, but that is really the only option. You can and should consider going to a chiropractor or physical therapist, to help physically move your bones and muscles into place. This and even massage therapy can be a great way to get your joints feeling better, but you may also need some type of pain relief.
